For step-by-step shopping instructions, please follow the progression below:

1. When you have found a Product on laxminarayanpearl.com that you would like to buy, please choose between the two buttons labelled as “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now” where “Add to Cart” will help you to add more items to your virtual shopping cart and “Buy Now” will immediately proceed you to checkout page.
2. To change what’s in your cart at any time, click on the cart icon at top right side of the website. You will land on a cart page where you can edit items in your cart. Remember to update your cart using “Update Cart” button after you have made your preferred changes.
3. To remove a Product from your cart, click on the remove icon which appears on the product window. You can alternatively reduce the item quantity to zero on cart page and update cart to remove any item.
4. To add more Products to your cart before checking out, click on the button labelled “continue shopping” or simply continue shopping by adding more products to the cart.
5. To complete the order for the Products in your cart at any time, click the button labelled “Checkout” or “Proceed to Checkout”.
6. When you click the “Checkout” button, you will be asked to provide various information necessary to process your order and deliver the Products to you. You can provide this information by filling in the fields requested on the screen. All highlighted fields must be completed. We respect your right to privacy and will only use any information you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To shop with greater ease with us online, register one-time to save your details so that you will not have to re-enter your personal information again on your next shopping session.

You can only cancel the order before the products are shipped by us. The term ‘shipping’ indicates us handing over the order to the courier partner. However, once the product have been shipped by us, it cannot be cancelled without attracting “Return Fee”, for details on return fee structure, kindly check the returns and refund policy. TCA.

In a rare instance of missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at [email protected] (or WhatsApp) and quote your transaction reference number. Our customer service is open Everyday, 9 AM to 9 PM (IST). We will reply to your query within 1 working day and resolve your issues asap..

You will receive an Email,SMS, Whatsapp Message acknowledgement containing the order reference number and details of your purchase.

You will receive an invoice copy along with authenticity Certificate with your delivered order.

Laxminarayan Pearls offers a verity of payment options such as Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking and all UPI supported payment apps such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm UPI, etc.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.

Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours after order confirmation. Typically, packages take between 24-72 hours for delivery after dispatch. For International orders or orders not from India it can take up to 5-10 working days depending on the delivery destination.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond our control. These interruptions include, but are not limited to delays caused by the transportation system or shipping carrier.

Please be informed that we DO NOT provide the service of “Open Delivery” because our courier partners do not provide this service to us. Our shipments are thoroughly packed and insured against all kinds of damages and thefts from the courier company, thus they don’t open or allow anyone to open the package until its delivered. Kindly DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER with us IF you are looking for openly delivered shipments.

Free shipping is offered on all orders within India, regardless of the minimum order value. For international orders, a shipping fee of approximately $30 per shipment applies. The exact fee may vary depending on the delivery destination. If you need more details about international shipping charges, please feel free to contact us.
